How to Order:
To start your order process please call (209) 366-3871. A sales representative will assist you with your order and any questions you might have. Please see the order page for more information.

Shipping and Delivery:
To make shipping and handling easier and safer we provide packaging containers & packaging at no extra charge. Shipping is arranged once your order is completed and a Sales Representative will contact you. Many products are ready to ship within two days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. All shipments are FOB Lodi, California.

Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive damaged merchandise, no worries, we will do everything we can to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the shipping carrier and Faulknerworks within 24-48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing materials, photographs if possible, and ask the carrier to note the damage on the delivery receipt.

Returns & Order Cancellation:
All sales are final. No Returns unless Authorized. We do not offer any returns unless the product is defective. Please contact customer service at (209) 366-3871 for a return authorization number and information regarding your return. Please help us by including the packing slip and by indicating the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip.

Order cancellations require 50% of the cancelled item non refundable due to the fixtures are custom made per order.

Installations:
For any installation, proper tools, equipment, and a licensed electrical contractor must be utilized.”

Faulknerworks can assume no liability for the suitability of the surface to support the fixture. These fixtures are handmade of heavy gauge steel. Their weight is substantial and must be attached per instructions into solid support. Consult a qualified professional for contractor assistance with the installation of any of our pieces. Provide backing capable of supporting 1000lbs. at fixture location. Consult a structural engineer to insure structural members are capable of supporting the described 1000lb. load. Attachment directly into structural members: Provide (4) 1/2" diameter. Lag bolts with minimum 3 1/2" penetration into structural member. Provide member size ( depth and width) adequate to accept attachment. Attachment elsewhere:
For structural members at 24" o.c. max. (roof rafters or floor joists): Provide 4x8 minimum blocking between members with minimum (3) 3/8" diameter. lag bolts with penetration thru structural member 4" minimum into backing.
For structural member spacing greater than 24"o.c. consult a structural engineer.

NOTE: Death or serious injury can result if a fixture falls from its installation and strikes a person.

Faulknerworks Product Warranty
ONE YEAR Faulknerworks Corporation will repair or replace products if it is defective due to faulty materials or workmanship. This does not cover the glass or mica portions of this product, nor does it cover damages caused through abuse, improper installation, surges in electric current, or the acts of third parties.

This warranty does not cover the cost of removing and/or reinstalling the product.

If a warranty claim is made in year one, simply call Faulknerworks Corporation and acquire an RA#, return the product with the original sales receipt and RA# with freight prepaid to Faulknerworks Corporation. Faulknerworks Corporation, at its option, shall make repairs, replacements or refund the purchase price.

Please pack product correctly to eliminate shipping damage.
